I currently reside and create in Northern California, surrounded by the Sierras.

I graduated Sacramento State University with a Bachelors in Art Studio, for me that means I had an emphasis in painting and new media. This mix of old and new has allowed me to further my knowledge and practice in traditional brushwork, film, and animation.

How I work.

My artistic enterprises are formed by personal experiences, much like other creators. The way I document my trips through reference video, image, and sometimes research helps me remember aspects I want to recreate. Fortunately, I don’t find these beginning steps tiresome and I really enjoy this build up in my painting process.

(And honestly it’s just another excuse for me to travel)… :)
